"Darkhan meat foods" LLC This factory is located in 2.5 hectare own land in the territory of 15th bagha, in the industrial district of Darkhan soum, Darkhan Uul aimak.. Our company has provided 15% of meat products demands of Ulaanbaatar residents and 40-50% of Darkhan Uul aimak residents for a period of 2003-2013. In addition, it has supplied 25-30% of meat exports at state level. The mission statement of the company is to introduce Mongolian meat as a pure natural product throughout the world and provide consumers with fresh products og higher hygienic quality without any transition stages; therefore, "Darkhan Meat Foods" LLC, an affiliate of "Baataruud Tenger" LLC in Darkhan Uul aimak, has extended its factory and implemented ISO 9001:2008, and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points or HACCP international standards accepted worldwide as of 2013 into its production activities in conformity with laws, rules, instructions, and standards of Codex Alimentarius Commission jointly established by WHO and UNO Food and Agricultural Organization. In order to implement the system into the production activities, it has fully renewed and updated its factory through modern Korean equipment for technical requirements of the factory renovation.. Our company is presently running its business activities through 150 staffs and equipment with a capacity to produce daily 25 tons of products in own industry that meets food production standards to produce and supply the market with final products of "Darkhan Meat" brand. "Baataruud Tenger" LLC is cooperating with over 180 brokers in 21 aimaks and 210 soums. One of company main activities is to export meat to Russia. It has a capacity to produce and supply foreign market with 3500-4000 tons of meats with bone. It supplies 25% of foreign and domestic meat market of Mongolia. Darkhan Meat factory of "Baataruud Tenger" LLC has a daily capacity to butcher 250 big cattle and 1000 small cattle, to pack 20 tons of meat, and to produce 2 tons of semi-processed products and 3 tons of sausage. It also has a storehouse of 4000 tons of freezing storehouse, 50 tons capacity of deep freezing storehouse, and 5 tons of cooling storehouse (0 - (-50C)), respectively. Our company has own factory in Darkhan and 900 tons cold storehouse and packing workshop with a capacity to pack daily 15 tons of meat in Ulaanbaatar.
